Orsini, Phone (703)604-2119 The Government intends to issue orders under the Basic Ordering Agreement, N00019-97-G-0077 with Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. These orders will procure spare and repair parts for the HARM Missile, Peculiar Support Equipment, Avionics Systems and Related Assemblies required for changes/repair in support of USN, USAF and other foreign military customers. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement. -- NAVAIR Synopsis No. 20126-97.
