70 -- SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE FOR ACTION REQUEST SYSTEM SOL DCA200-98-M-0091 DUE 080697 POC Contract Specialist Dwayne Severs, 618-256-9703, Contracting Officer, Arthur Kruse The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Procurement Branch (DTS41) intends to issue a sole source contract to, for the acquisition of software maintenance for the following proprietary products: AR System. This software product is currently installed on equipment located at the DMCs in Dayton, Wright-Patterson, OH. Period of performance for the maintenance is 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest within 15 days of this announcement.
