70 -- UPGRADE PACKAGE TO MODIFY THE CC1 IMAGE PROCESSOR SOL RFQ 19-104 POC Contact Rosa Lee, Purchasing Agent, 202/874-2318. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to CC1 Inc. for a viewpoint upgrade package to modify the cc1 image processor for press 601, also includes the automatic streak detection software and the installation and training visit. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations within fifteen (15) days after this notice appears in the Commerce Business Daily and must be technically acceptable to the government. All quotations shall include price; FOB point; delivery date; and business size. Requests for RFQ 19-104 must be submitted in writing or facsimile to (202) 874-3135. All request must include the firm's size status (i.e., Large, Small, Minority, or Women-Owned). A purchase order will be awarded on the basis of technical factors and price soon after the quotations are received. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
