The contractor effort shall include engineering evaluations and studies, evaluation of Trouble reports, development of Engineering Change Proposals, maintenance of operating manuals, maintenance of the RAIT and Emulator software, and repair and management of the depot level repair system for RAIT and Emulator equipment, field service repair of the equipment at the range sites, and program meeting support.
