It applies to wheat flour obtained from the species Triticum aestiuvum (common wheat) or Triticum compactum L. Host (club wheat) or a mixture of the two. It does not apply to: Products obtained from durum wheat (Triticum durum DESF) alone or in association with another type of wheat; coarse whole-wheat flour, semolina (farina) obtained from common wheat (Triticum aestivum L) or club wheat (Triticum compactum HOST) or a mixture of the two; wheat flour used as a brewing aid or for the production of starch and/or gluten. 7.
