NETHERLANDS: REGULATION CONTAINING AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATION ON THE COMPOSITION, CLASSIFICATION, PACKAGING AND LABELLING OF PESTICIDES AND BIOCIDES The following notification is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. Description of content: Regulation concerning the maximum permissible levels of active ingredients in pesticides and biocides. 7. Objective and rationale: Annex 1, Section 1 of the Regulation on the composition, classification, packaging and labelling of pesticides gives detailed requirements for pesticides to comply with before they can be authorized by the Dutch authorities. It is forbidden to deliver, have, store, import into the Netherlands or to use unauthorized pesticides. 8.
