J -- FULL ON-SITE SERVICE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR SERVICES & PMI FOR AUTOMATIC TABLET COUNTER SOL IFB 521-015-98 (JB) DUE 090997 POC Joanna Belcher, Administrative Contracting Officer, (205) 933-4492 The DVAMC, Birmingham, AL requires full on site service maintenance, repair services and preventative maintenance for a Baxter Automatic Tablet Counter ATC 212 System, Model: Optiplex 433 DXE, for the period of 10-1-97 through 9-30-98, with four (4) one year option renewal options. The contractor will be required to perform preventative maintenance (PMI's) semi-annually. These PMI's shall be within the first five (5) working days of the months of October and April. All maintenance is to be in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and must meet all NFPA and JCAHO requirements. Service calls will be 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Service response time of four (4) hours from notification and on-site within twenty four (24) hours will be required. Specific reporting requirements will be required and will be strictly enforced.
