Also included are maintenance services and upgrade to existing Base EMCS computer. Furnish labor, materials and associated hardware modifications for a turnkey installation. The existing Base system is a Johnson Controls Metasys EMCS with a high speed fiber optic local area network communications system and Metasys operator workstations. This work shall connect into existing Network Control Units and N-2 Communications systems located at Building 3477. The new DDC controllers, monitoring and control systems included herein shall be an extension of the existing ARCNET communications system now in place.
