Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, engineering, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the operation, maintenance, and repair of the cental (steam, hot water, chilled water) plants and distribution systems at McConnell AFB KS. This acquisition is unrestricted. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Anticipated issue date of solicitation is 15 September 1997. Performance period will be a basic year plus three one year options. No telephone requests or collect calls. All requests for solicitations must be in writing.
