Washington The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is seeking fully qualified Consultants to: Provide on-going evaluations for the Drug Elimination Program (DEP) for 1996; Provide a final policies and procedures manual for the Public Safety Division of the Authority; Provide PHMAP training and technical assistance for Working Committees, the Executive Director and the Board of Commissioners, as requested; and, Provide training and monitoring of preventive maintenance (PM) programs for the Authority's Central Maintenance Division. The contract duration is estimated to be no longer than two (2) months. Offerors must submit their proposals in accordance with the SLHA solicitation documents which may be obtained from the above address. Proposals must be identified on the envelope or package as "Proposals" and show the solicitation number and description, name of the Offeror and the date and time proposals are due. The SLHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accomplish this work by any means determined to be in the best interests of the SLHA.
