German, Contracting Officer, (202) 307-0613 The Office of Justice Programs intends to modify on a sole source basis Contract OJP-94-C-006, entitled NATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFERENCE SERVICE, with Aspen Systems Corporation, 2277 Research Boulevard, Rockville, Maryland 20850. The modification will incorporate additional contract requirements for publication support, document distribution of materials to conferences, and storage under Task 14 entitled National Victims Resource Center. The above requirements will be performed during Option Year 3 of the Contract, which began on March 16, 1997 and will continue through March 15, 1998. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
