Commandant Notice 16471 dated 30 Sep 92, provides further guidance for the establishment of Area Committees, and the standardized formatting for the development of Area Contingency Plans (ACP's).This project will define, and develop the tools for communicating a workable methodology for evaluating Area Contingency Plans.
