DOE/AIMC '97 DOE/AIMC 97 Annual Information Management Conference August 5-6, 1997 DoubleTree Lloyd Center, Portland, OR Over 150 DoE personnel and their contractors will be gathering in Portland, Oregon for DOE/AIMC 97. The conference runs Monday, August 4 thru Friday, August 8, 1997. The seminars will address issues regarding the acquisition, implementation, operation and maintenance of information technology and office automation environments in support of the missions, goals, and objective of DOE and its programmatic offices. Keynote Speakers will include Tom Temin (Chief Editor, Government Computer News), Sherrilynne Fuller, Ph.D (Acting Director, Informatics, School of Medicine, University of Washington) and Roger Shield (President, Municipal Management). Several workshops are also scheduled; topics to include Data Management, Information Architecture, Corporate Planning & Guidance, and Technology Partnerships.
