The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQ 447-0710-7 for removal and disposal of refuse at the Federal Correctional Institution, Forrest City, Arkansas. The successful contractor shall provide one (1) 40 yard compactor style dumpster including the container and compactor unit inside the secure perimeter fence adjacent to the rear sallyport at the Government prepared pad. The contractor shall also provide one (1) 40 yard dumpster to be located outside the secure perimeter areas in accordance with the description of services. The contract period will include a base year not to exceed twelve (12) months with four (4) one (1) year option periods for renewal. Solicitations will be available on or about August 6, 1997 with a receipt of offer date scheduled on or about September 8, 1997.
