S -- JANITORIAL SERVICES SOL DTCG79-98-Q-TS5001 DUE 090597 POC Contact Richard Beach, 703/313-5433/COTR, Jay Shively, 703/313-5466/Contracting Officer Contractor to provide Janitorial services at USCG TISCOM, 7323 Telegraph Rd, Alexandria, VA 22315-3940 for (7) buildings with an approx. area of 20,000 sq.ft. Services are to be performed twice weekly for a period of one year (Oct 97-Sep 98) with an option to extend for a maximum of four years. All work to be accomplished in accordance with the Statement of Work which will be furnished with the Request for Quotation package. Award will be based on lowest cost to the Gov't including the option periods. Quotes will be accepted from all responsible sources and will be considered for ward by this agency. A site visit will be required by vendors prior to submitting their quotes.
