Furnish flight services, fully contractor operated and maintained, consisting of two Bell 206BIII or equal aircraft, in support of Fish and Wildlife Service resource programs for the approximate period of January 5, 1998, to July 5 or September 5, 1998. The term of this contract will be one year with options to renew for two additional years. Designated bases are Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge, GA, Carolina Sandhills National Wildlife Refuge, SC, and Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, SC.
