The work includes excavation and removal of contaminated soils, the construction of a steel-framed Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Facility, and the relocation of existing manufactured metal building (Building 995D) and construction of metal framed holding shed. Structural fill and concrete pavement to be provided. Exterior materials include CMU and metal panel walk and standing seam metal roofing. Equipment in contract includes overhead crane, floor-mounted lift, blast booth, and paint booth and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1541. The related small business size standard is $17 Million. The estimated cost of the proposed procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
