The work includes, but is not limited to demolition/removal of the existing roofing, roof insulation and flashings, installation of a new tapered roof insulation system, new modified bituminous membrane roof system, new flashing, abatement of asbestos and lead-containing materials, removal/reinstallation of roof-mounted chiller units and incidental related work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. DTCG47-97-B-3EFK23 and Drawing No. 2-22190-1 (sheets 1-7).
