will be available AFTER 12 NOON the day following the scheduled bid
opening. Work involves replacing existing fueling facility at b-170
with a new fueling acility in an open field behind b-450. The work is
comprised of demolition and removal of existing facility including the
building and five 10,000 gl tank farm and containment area, utilities,
pavements, asbestos abatement and related equipment. New work consists
of construction of the new facility comprised of a tank farm with four
10,000 gallon above-ground self contained storage tanks, dispensing
area with canopy, fuel transfer area, control building, oil-water
separator and pumping station, access roads and incidental related
work. The magnitude of the project ranges between $250,000 and
$500,000. Period of performance is phased over 225 calendar days.
