The St. Louis Bi-State Development Agency is soliciting bids for construction of two (2) permanent operator restrooms at the existing MetroLink Stations: University of Missouri-South (UMSL-South) and St. Charles Rock Road. The work consist of but limited to the construction of a new 10 x 14 ft., two room, cement masonry unit (CMU) restroom facility at these locations, complete with the necessary sanitary, water supply, and electrical power connections. Water supply and electrical power already exist at both of the locations. Sanitary connections will be off-site, and will require connection runs of up to 1700 ft., with grinder pumps and forced main pipes required at both locations. In accordance with specifications outlined in ML-97-SB-2290. Copies of the specifications may be obtained at the office of the Agency MetroLink Contracts & Procurement Department.
