Additive bid items include the irrigation system, turf and planting; carpeting and window coverings; and, reinforced masonry, flashing and sheet metal. -- The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Construction duration is 270 calendar days. This project is being issued on an "UNRESTRICTED" basis inviting full and open competition. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 and the related small business standard is $17,000,000.
