for "EACH" set of plans and specifications. To obtain plans and
specifications you may CHARGE your request to a Corporate Visa Credit
Card or make your Cashier's Check or Money Order payable to the

bid opening and inquiries about the bid opening date or number of
amendments must be submitted in writing and faxed to Charlotte
Dominguez, EFA West, at (415) 244-2986. -- The work includes the
furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete
an approximately 6,400 square foot Child Development Center with
playground and surrounding site improvements, and incidental related
work. Interior spaces include four classrooms with toilets, Director's
Office, Teacher Work Room, toilet, laundry, janitor closet and
kitchen. Additive bid items include the irrigation system, turf and
planting; carpeting and window coverings; and, reinforced masonry,
flashing and sheet metal. -- The estimated construction cost is between
$1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Construction duration is 270 calendar days.
This project is being issued on an "UNRESTRICTED" basis inviting full
and open competition. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 and the
related small business standard is $17,000,000. Plans and
specifications will be available on or about 12 August 1997. -- All
qualified responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be
