DESCRIPTION: The project is for repairs and renovations to barracks buildings 3700 and 3701. Work will include demolition, asbestos abatement, lead paint removal and disposal, site work including storm drainage, grading and asphalt, concrete, masonry, miscellaneous metal work, carpentry, roofing, external insulation and finish system, doors and windows, interior finishes and furnishings, mechanical work including plumbing, gas and HVAC and electrical work including telephone/data/CATV system, fire detection and alarm system and radio and public address systems. Magnitude of construction is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Duration of the project will be 365 calendar days for each building. Work on building 3701 will not start until completion of building 3700. This is an Unrestricted Procurement. SIC 1522 applies.
