This will include site preparation, removal of some EPDM roofing material, remove and replace some mortar, refinishing of concrete step area, tuck pointing of major portion of building including chimney areas, painting of wood trims and moldings, removal and repainting metal railing, removal and reinstallation of portions of the lightning protection system, any patching and repairs associated with tuck pointing of masonry areas, and will be in accordance with the supplied specifications and contract drawing. This Solicitation is available for Full and Open competition. The cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
