Work includes hauling and placement of fill materials, finish grading to insure positive drainage, placement of topsoil, grass and maintenance of grassed areas for 60 days. Playground equipment has tested positive for lead based paint. Predemolition and post-demolition soil sampling/testing, lead paint sampling/testing and TCLP testing is required. Completion time is 180 days. This procurement is unrestricted. SIC 1795 -- Wrecking and Demolition Work. Estimated price of the proposed construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
