DESCRIPTION: Engineering services, labor, and materials for the removal of existing base-wide fire alarm systems, design and installation of a new Class A addressable fire alarm system for various buildings to be identified in each individual delivery order. Systems shall consist of addressable initiating devices, ionizing monitoring units, new wiring and conduit, new system interface control (transmitter/collector) panels with new radio control package, and aerial terminals. The job includes some Lead Based Paint (LBP) and Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) abatement, and some interior finish repair. Magnitude for this work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and one option year. This is an Unrestricted Procurement. SIC 1799 applies.
