Repairs are needed at the Sanctuary office and Visitor Center. Contractor shall 1) repair/augment/replace foundation pedestals on main building, 2) install sprinker system and new water main, 3) install new 200 amp 3-phase overhead service equipment, house panel, and energy efficient fluorescent lights, 4) replace second floor roofing with metal panel roofing, and 5) waterproof third floor flat roof with same cold liquid membrane waterproofing on the main building. Contractor shall also 1) replace service equipment with a 100 amp 3-phase house panel and install energy efficient lighting, and 2) waterproof existing build up hot-mopped roofing with cold liquid membrane waterproofing on the visitor center building. Contractor shall also install a 48-gallon passive solar-powered water heater for each building. State if small business (<$17.0M/yr).
