The purpose of the amendment is to dissolve the Small Business Set-Aside and the acquisitation will be based on full and open competition. The qualification criteria is a minimum of 10 years experience in manufacture and/or overhaul of electro- hydraulic servo actuator and automated electro-hydraulic test stands. A site visit will be scheduled in order to view one of the test stands. The technical orders necessary to determine the test procedure must be obtained from Ogden Air Force Base.
