Blazek (708) 786-5253 65 -- Requirement is for delivery and installation of two Remanufactured Radiographic Fluoroscopic Systems within VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, New York, 14215. Each system shall consist of 800 ma/150 kvp 12"/9"/6" Image Intensifier, 9-1/2" x 9-1/2" Spot Film Device, Digital Recording System, 90/90 degree Table, Ceiling Tube Mount, and Vertical Cassette Holder. Requests for proposals will be issued on or about August 6, 1997 to suppliers who have a current Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA); provisions of the master BOA (Solicitation M6-Q10-96) apply. Other interested suppliers may participate provided their application satisfies the requirements necessary to obtain a BOA. Proposals are due August 21, 1997. Award of a delivery order is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
