The Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida intends to award a non-personal medical services contract to provide Optometry services, to the inmates incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida. The contract period will include a base year (date of award through Sept. 30, 1998) with four (4) one year option periods for renewal. The estimated issue date of the Request for Quote 452-0036 will be July 18, 1997, with anticipated return date of August 15, 1997. A session is defined as the optometric evaluation of one patient, with total sessions estimated at 960 for the contract period. The typical schedule would be from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., but subject to some variation as the needs of the institution vary. The Contractor may not work more than 30 hours per week.
