The Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida intends to award a non-personal medical services contract to provide Psychiatric Services, to the inmates incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida. The contract period will include a base year (date of award through Sept. 30, 1998) with four (4) one year option periods for renewal. The estimated issue date of the Request for Quote 452-0038 will be July 18, 1997, with anticipated return date of August 15, 1997. The work schedule will normally consist of one session per month, with the session length defined as six (6) hours. A typical session would be from 9:00 until 3:00 p.m. An estimated 48 sessions per contract period will be required. The Contractor may not work more than 30 hours per week. Special qualification required will be the following: licensed to practice medicine, board certification in Psychiatry, and verification of credentials. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
