The successful bidder will be responsible for evaluation, referral, and brief counseling, in the areas of substance abuse, mental health, relationship/family problems, and personal development for employees and family members at FCI Schuylkill. The clinicians will be certified/licensed/supervised to provide the above described services. A licensed Psychologist and/or Board-Certified Psychiatrist will supervise overall clinical services. Additionally, the successful bidder will be required to pass a background investigation. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
