The requirement includes sustaining Engineering, Logistics Services Support, Operational Flight Plan Training, Reimbursable Material, Travel & Per Diem and Data IAW DD Form 1423. This requirement is for a Basic Year with 4 Annual Options. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contacting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
