The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has a requirement for a contractor to provide support in the preparation and delivery of NUREG-0750, Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issuances, accepting keystrokes, proofreading and copy editing, preparing page proofs, correcting and delivering final, camera-quality copy and an electronic version. The Indexes to be developed for the Issuances require research and writing by an editor/indexer with experience in legal indexing and editing. In addition, the Indexes also require proofreading, preparing page proofs, correcting and delivering final camera-quality copy, and an electronic version. The period of performance for this effort is two years with three additional one-year option periods. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside. The size standard for this solicitation shall not exceed annual average gross revenue of $5,000,000 for the concern as set forth under Standard Industrial Classification 7389.
