This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Those prospective offerors who are Small Businesses are invited to participate in this procurement. The offeror shall provide all coordination, equipment, labor, management, material, supplies, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform Consolidated Grounds Maintenance, (Central) for Various U.S. Naval Facilities, Guam, M.I. The work shall include but not limited to mowing of groomed and semi-groomed areas, bush/shrub/tree cutting, fenceline maintenance, leaning of branches, herbicide treatment, application of fertilizer, pruning of deciduous trees and clearing services. The contract type will be a combination firm, fixed price and indefinite quantity. The contract term will be for a base and four option periods of up to 12 months each with prices established at award. The duration of the contract, including the exercise of options, shall not exceed 66 months. Estimated cost range for all years is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Approximate date of availability of plans and specs is on or about 15 August 1997. Bid Opening is scheduled for 16 September 1997 at 2:00 P.M., Guam Time.
