The project consists of the design and construction of expanded facilities for the United States Postal Service Processing & Distribution Center, located at 955 Goff Falls Road, Manchester, New Hampshire 03103-9998. Included are design services, construction materials and labor required to expand the existing facility by approximately 38,000 square feet, along with associated site improvements, as described in the solicitation documents. The project also includes the renovation of approximately 17,000 square feet of space in the existing building. The existing facility will be occupied and continue full operations throughout the course of this project. Construction will be phased. The completion date for the entire project shall be within 270 calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed for the prices inserted in Section A, Items and Prices, Clause FB-301, page 1A.. Technical submittals will require evidence of (1) Experience; (2) Management Plan; (3) Financial Capability; and (4) Organization. Plans will be available July 25, 1997. Offers due August 21, 1997.
