The facility will include a common ballroom/banquet space with dividers for meeting rooms and accommodation for feeding approximately 200 people. The Golf Clubhouse portion is to include locker/club storage space, maintenance area, pro shop/display area, restrooms, snack bar, administrative area and cart storage. The project includes all utilities, landscaping and parking. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
