This is an unrestricted procurement. Work consists of repairing the pumping system at Pump Station No. 2. Repair work involves installing a three pump system with automatic startup and shutdown controls, replacement of a section of waterline, associated valves and appurtenances. New work shall consist of the construction of a new pump house and providing an emergency generator system with an above ground fuel storage tank. Existing transformers will be removed and new pad mounted transformer installed. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 11, 1997. Documents to be available at a nonrefundable charge of $54.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $22.00. Full-size drawings alone may be purchased for $32.00 a set.
