This solicitation is unrestricted. The project involves replacing existing roofs on Wings 7B and 7C. Existing roofs are gravel surface on built up roofing over insulation on concrete deck. New roofing will be a torch applied modified bitumen roofing system. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 8, 1997. Documents be available at $19.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $13.00.
