FY97 OMA Pkg A-48, Repair 8th Floor Roof, Mechanical Room, Tripler Army Medical Center, Oahu, Hawaii. This is an unrestricted procurement. Work consists of replacing existing roof over the 8th floor mechanical room. Existing roofs are gravel surface on built up roofing over insulation on concrete deck. New roofing will be a torch applied modified bitumen roofing system. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 8, 1997. Documents to be available at a nonrefundable charge of $17.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $11.00. Full-size drawings alone may be purchased for $6.00 a set. Checks and money orders to be made payable to the U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean and mailed to Finance and Accounting Officer, U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean, Fort Shafter, HI 96858-5440, or handcarried to Room 115, Bldg 200, Fort Shafter, HI. Payment will not be refunded and specifications and drawings need not be returned.
