Work consists of replacing existing gutters with new copper gutters and replacing existing interlocking clay tiles. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 8, 1997. Documents to be available at a nonrefundable charge of $18.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $12.00. Full-size drawings alone may be purchased for $6.00 a set. Checks and money orders to be made payable to the U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean and mailed to Finance and Accounting Officer, U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean, Fort Shafter, HI 96858-5440, or handcarried to Room 115, Bldg 200, Fort Shafter, HI. Payment will not be refunded and specifications and drawings need not be returned.
