To order solicitation package, requesst in writing to above address or FAX to 850-234-4760. The work includes converting the electrical overhead service drops to underground service laterals. Overhead electrical distribution lines shall be placed underground. Electrical cables shall be in concrete encased ductbanks, except that paved area crossings shall be in direct buried conduit "mole punched" in place. Cable TV cables shall be placed underground by CATV contractor. Pole mounted power transformers shall be removed and replaced by padmounted type transformers. All utility poles shall be removed and ground restored to match existing. Rework of service entrance panelboards may be necessary for underground conversion. Stucco (EIFS) and concrete repair work incidental to the electrical work, shall be part of this contract. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Due date is an approximate date only. Solicitation documents will be distributed on a first come, first served basis until the supply is exhausted. Subject solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFARS 252.219-7008, entitled "Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns -- Construction Acquisition -- Test Program (APR 1996)".
