This project consists of constructing an 850 SF addition to the existing Engine Test Cell Facility and exterior and interior renovations to the existing facility, on Dover Air Force Base. Mechanical and electrical systems will also be upgraded. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1541. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Contract performance is 120 calendar days. Project magnitude is between $500,000 and $100,000,000. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
