The work includes demolition and repair of architectural finishes, mechanical modifications, electrical systems improvements, lighting and minor plumbing work and minimum landscaping. Work also includes construction of masonry caopies on the exterior of the building and installation of a standing seam roof system with associated metal framing, and some exterior masonry work. All work shalll be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. SIC is 1542. . The size standard is $17,000,000. This acquistion is unrestricted.
