Z -- PICNIC AREA REHABILITATION FOR TIMPANOGOS NM, UTAH SOL IFB 1270-97-016 DUE 091097 POC Jim Clark Contracting Officer 303 969-2755 The National Park Service, Timpanogos National Monument has a need to rehabilitate the Swinging Bridge picnic area. The work will consist of the removal of an existing asphalt pathway and picnic sites, firegrills, picnic tables, and stone fireplaces. As well as removal of approximately 100 linear feet of existing dry laid stone wall and removal and regrading of approximately 600 linear feet of trail and regrading to match existing contours. Also to include the installation of a new 5 foot wide asphalt pathway, picnic pads (2 handicap picnic sites) and firegrills. In addition, construction of new dry laid stone walls and stone steps with wood handrail. Installation of new firegrills and handicap accessible parking stall and curb out.
