SYNOPSIS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1422-N660-Q97-2010 and is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This is a 100% set aside for small business; SIC code is 2834 and size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for : LINE ITEM 1, Prestige II Vaccine with Havlogen, 10 ml vials, 10 doses per vial, 450 vials each; LINE ITEM 2, Strepguard vaccine with Havlogen, (Steptococcus Equi Bacterial Extract) 10 ml vials, 10 doses per vial, 400 vials each; LINE ITEM 3, 3cc Syringes, monoject with 20X1 " needles, 21,000 each. Delivery required by August 29, 1997. The required material shall be delivered F.O.B destination. Delivery shall be made between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:00 pm., Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
