The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 3679. Delivery is required 90 days after contract award, FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by a representative of the DCMAO prior to shipment. Acceptance period is 15 days after receipt of the units. This requirement is unrestricted. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
