Ca. has a requirement for a Combinatorial Chromatography System fully
integrated & automated for high-throughput screening and purification
of synthetic library products. Single software package controls the
entire system. The intended use is for starch degradation. Liquid
handling system dual function sample injector & a liquid handler for
mixing, filtration, transferring, sample enrichment & fractionation.
The capability of automated sample handling before injection will be
significantly increase efficiency & throughput for screening libraries
of compounds. The liquid handler/injector must accommodate two
injector valves for running samples on two discreet HPLC systems
simultaneously. Hold 96 well micoplates & adaptable for test tubes to
125 ml bottles. System consist of controlling software, interface to
instruments, isocratic HPLC pump control, reflective index detector,
pump head, mixer, binary gradient HPLC pkg, liquid handler, racks &
accessories. The government intends to negotiate with the only known
reasonable source, which is Gilson Inc of Middleton, WI . A
solicitation is not available for this notice. Interested firms are
