The Contracting Office, Scott AFB IL, is soliciting quotations for a brand name or equal software training courseware package consisting of eleven (ll) courses with license agreement to be used for Software Process Improvement training throughout the Air Force. This is a complete training package to be awarded as one line item. Manufacturer is FASTRAK Training Inc. Courses are based on Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM). License includes unlimited use, editing, reproduction and distribution within Air Force software organizations at no additional cost indefinitely. The license is binding on successors of awardee indefinitely. Training courseware includes the following for each course: Powerpoint 4.0 version of every module in the course; both an electronic and paper copy of the lesson plan and course description; hard copy of the instructor's version of the binder with all references; hard copy of the student version of the binder with all references; and one copy of textbook relevant to course materials.
