Each tent must be 13' x 13' with carrying case, heavy duty floor, 3' x 6' roll up door, high pressure fill port, 3 window panels labeled ATF, 1 screened panel, 14 steel stakes, repair kit, removeable panel above door, inflate in less than one (1) minute, interior center height over 8', tents be easily joined together for large operations, lightweight: approximately 110 lbs, ventilation provided by two (2) end vents, a 7" utility duct that provides access for heating/cooling. Tents are to be delivered F.O.B. Destination to Manassas, VA 22110. Award will be made to the offeror meeting all specifications listed above with the lowest price. Awardee must complete a SF-3381 ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. This procurement is a total small business set-aside and will follow both commercial and simplified acquisition procedures.
