Test Methods: Unless otherwise requested, all sampling and testing shall be performed in accordance with the latest approved American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) or American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHO) test methods. The period of performance for this acquisition will be 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1998. Award is contingent upon availability of FY 98 funds This acquisition is subject to the requirements of the Service Contract Act. DOL Wage Determination 94-2063 dated 02/29/1996 will apply.
